Consulting, seminars, AI workspaces and online courses. For mid-sized companies, small teams and freelancers.
A single step or a complete rollout. You decide what you need. We guide you through it.
AI consulting at Klivantis means: we analyse your workflows and show concretely where artificial intelligence actually saves time and cost, and how your work processes can improve with it. This applies to companies of any size: small businesses, freelancers and solo entrepreneurs in particular win back noticeable time in their daily work for their actual business.
Request free consultationAI is changing how people work. Working with autonomous AI agents and multi-agent setups in particular is new territory for many. Employees are often unsure at first how to use AI concretely, safely and in line with data protection: What can AI agents actually do? Which tasks do they handle reliably, and where is extra attention needed? Our seminars teach AI fundamentals and safe everyday use, either online (from 1 participant) or at your premises (from 20 participants). The content is aimed at teams and executives with or without prior knowledge and is tailored to your requirements.
Request a seminarAn AI workspace from Klivantis is a fully set up work environment in which you collaborate with AI agents and subagents. It includes the right tools, its own knowledge base and clear rules, matched to your privacy requirements. With every use, your workspace builds up a "memory": it links content on its own, plans your daily goals and still knows tomorrow where you left off today. So you don't have to explain everything again each day. It is installed locally on your PC, regardless of operating system, with an optional backup on your VPS. You build the workspace yourself under our guidance, or we set it up for you.
We advise against switching on the full feature set from day one, especially if your employees are not yet used to working with AI. It makes more sense to unlock functions step by step. That keeps the environment safe, and your team grows with it. We support you along the way.
Request a workspaceWe built the Team-Training-App for small and mid-sized companies that need to train their employees, meet their obligations under the EU AI Act (Art. 4 and Art. 50) and prove that the training took place. At the end of each course, the app automatically issues a tamper-proof, traceable certificate with a unique ID.
You create internal courses yourself. Five user roles (participant, manager, director, trainer as course author, admin) let you define who can see courses and who can take part. The app currently supports nine languages; each user picks their own interface language. Courses can be created in different languages and marked with a language tag.
learn.klivantis.ai is our open course platform, built on the Team-Training-App. Freelancers and small teams meet their legal training obligations here without buying or renting the app. The platform also works for your personal professional development: you take courses as an individual, earn certificates and attach them to your next job application.
For mid-sized companies, the open platform is also a way to try the app before buying. You see the courses exactly as your employees will see them later. For a look at course creation and the admin backend, book a personal consultation.
Klivantis currently offers 17 courses in 9 languages. Request your access to our platform today and start your training.

What the AI Act demands of every company, which deadlines apply and what Art. 4 and Art. 50 mean concretely for everyday work.

Practical AI literacy: writing effective prompts, recognising limits, critically reviewing results.

Using generative AI productively and responsibly in daily business - from text to imagery.

Understand the differences between chatbots, AI assistants and AI agents, and put the right system to work in daily business.

The advanced follow-up to "Prompting for Professionals": chain-of-thought, tree-of-thoughts, multi-persona prompting and prompt chaining with real-world case studies.

How a language model turns tokens and probabilities into text, why it can hallucinate - and how the same technical foundation powers chatbot, assistant and agent alike.

The technical follow-up to "From Chatbot to Agent": ReAct, plan-and-execute, reflection, memory engineering and multi-agent orchestration with real-world case studies.

The follow-up to "Autonomous AI Agents": where an agent gets reliable facts. From the RAG pipeline through the limits of vector search to knowledge graphs and GraphRAG.

Where AI helps decide in recruiting and during employment, when a tool falls into the high-risk category, and what oversight and codetermination look like in practice.

Labelling duties under Art. 50, image tools such as Canva and Photoshop, rights in AI-generated content, and the line to misleading advertising.

Traceability and retention, creditworthiness assessment as a high-risk case, figures from language models, and protection against forged payment instructions.

What comes with the leadership role: deciding on tools, resourcing oversight, governing meeting recordings, and responding properly to incidents.

When customers must be told they are talking to a machine, why measuring emotions is banned for your own team, and who answers for a false promise.

Coding assistants in daily work, the shift from deployer to provider, prompt injection, and agents with access to live systems.

The AI question in every purchase, vendor checks with the right evidence, contract clauses, and the special case of supplier scoring.

Other people's data in other people's tools, deadlines in an auto-sorted inbox, minutes and recordings, and what side copies mean for deletion periods.

What applies EU-wide to environmental advertising from that date: generic claims such as "environmentally friendly", offsetting-based climate claims, sustainability labels, future commitments and old stock without a transition period.
What prospective clients want to know before the first conversation. If your question is missing, just ask us directly.
There is no minimum size. Klivantis works with solo self-employed people and freelancers just as much as with mid-sized companies. What matters is not headcount but whether there are recurring tasks that cost time. In a small business, one hour saved per day shows immediately.
Yes, as soon as your company uses AI systems. Article 4 of the EU AI Act has required measures to build AI literacy among staff since 2 February 2025. Since it was recast by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, no specific level of competence has to be guaranteed, but the measures must match prior knowledge, experience, training and the context of use, and must be demonstrable if questioned. That is exactly what the Team Training App and the open course platform are for.
A ready-made working environment in which you collaborate with AI agents: the right tools, your own knowledge base and clear rules. With every use the workspace builds up a memory, links content on its own and still knows tomorrow where you left off today. It is installed locally on your machine, regardless of operating system, with an optional backup on your own server.
As a rule, yes. The AI workspace is installed locally at your site, and the Team Training App runs on your own server. Wherever external services are involved, we decide in advance what data they get to see at all. Your data protection requirements are part of the setup, not an afterthought.
Both. Online from one participant, on site at your premises from 20 participants. The content is tailored to your requirements and is aimed at teams and managers with and without prior knowledge.
You install the Team Training App in house: your own courses, your own user roles, your own logo, certificates issued from your system. learn.klivantis.ai is our open platform where individuals and small teams take courses without buying the app. Mid-sized companies also use the platform to try the app out before buying.
Consulting and seminars are held in German and English. Clients are supported across the entire European Union and in all other countries worldwide. The Team Training App interface is available in nine languages.
You get an honest assessment of what AI can and cannot do for you. No obligation.
